Beneficiaries of the VITAL Health Plan can now access essential services and eligibility information conveniently through the VITAL Mobile app. The app features a user-friendly design available in both English and Spanish for a seamless experience.

By downloading the VITAL Mobile app and creating an account, users can:

• Benefit from easy and secure access using facial or fingerprint recognition
• Access the VITAL Plan Virtual Card from anywhere
• Check eligibility status, effective dates, manage care organizations (MCO), primary medical groups (PMG), and primary care physicians (PCP)
• Schedule virtual appointments with Enrollment Counselors
• Receive automated alerts and messages for enrollment updates, recertification reminders, upcoming events, and open enrollment periods
• Send messages to Enrollment Counselors for inquiries related to health providers and appointment scheduling
